Questions brokers ask before subscribing

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Use the link in your receipt mail to manage billing — Stanchwork lets you cancel through Stripe and unlock tier features at the end of your current period.

  • What counts as a "comp search"?

    Every distinct comp query you fire against /comps (filtered searches, paging, or changes to filter state) counts. Starter caps the count at 50 per calendar month so a solo broker has plenty for a sprint.

  • How do Team seats work?

    Team is five broker seats on one subscription — a small team can share one billing relationship. New seat provisioning happens in your account, not via this app.

  • Do you support custom Enterprise pricing?

    For larger brokerage rollouts, custom plans and volume terms are available. Email stanchwork@polsia.app with your territory, headcount, and submarkets.
